Now this is how you commute to work.

Uber, a popular ride-sharing service, announced on Monday that it is rolling out an option for users in select cities to arrange a taxi pickup from "Optimus Prime," ahead of the debut of Transformers: Age of Extinction later this month.

The promotion starts in Dallas on Monday, before moving to Phoenix on Thursday and finally Los Angeles on Saturday. There will only be one Optimus Prime truck available on each of these days, meaning only a few customers will likely be able to get a ride.

VentureBeat, which was the first to report the stunt, notes that the marketing campaign is backed by Paramount Pictures and General Motors.

Uber now operates in more than 130 cities worldwide and recently confirmed raising $1.2 billion in funding at a $17 billion valuation.
