LONDON -- YouTube have just released their round-up of the top trending non-music videos of the year in the UK, and it's a typically diverse selection.
This year, mutant dogs tickled the nation, as did epic football matches, mucking around in video games, and the sight of 20 strangers kissing for the first time.
The list considers views, shares, likes, responses and more to gauge a clip's popularity. Here are the top ten ...
1. Frozen: "Let It Go" sing-a-long
From festive front gardens to Simpsons parodies, Frozen has owned 2014 -- so it's no surprise a karaoke version tops the chart.
2. Bars & Melody: Simon Cowell's Golden Buzzer act
Britain's Got Talent kids Bars & Melody perform a song about bullying, prompting Simon Cowell to deploy his golden buzzer to send them to the semi-finals of the show automatically. They went on to finish third.
3. Nike Football: Winner Stays
Rooney, Ronaldo and a host of other top names play a match and trade banter in the third placed clip.
4. Gary Turk: Look Up
We spend too long looking at phones, act narcissistic online, and give our data away to big corporations -- not highly original thoughts but eloquently put in this attack on modern life.
5. Q&A Sunday: With My Girlfriend
Twerking, vague sexism and Q&A-fuelled nonsense combine for another popular vid.
6. Frozen: A Musical
More Frozen, this time with a bunch of other Disney characters including Ariel, Snow White and Cinderella.
7. Mutant Giant Spider Dog
A dog, in a costume, in a lift, scaring passersby. Never gets old.
8. Funny Montage #2
Man plays video games, makes characters put heads through skate ramp, executes some avatar farts, and watches the views clock up.
9. First Kiss
Watching 20 strangers kiss for the first time never gets less awkward ...
10. Katy Perry ft. Juicy J: "Dark Horse" Parody
The original video is top of the music clips trend charts so it's no surprise this piss-take sneaks into tenth position.
