Umundo is yet another service that's feeding the MySpace beast. After capturing a video clip or picture on your cellphone, you can send it to [email protected]. When you get home, enter your phone number on the site and grab the code to post your video/image to your blog or MySpace page. Umundo solves the same problem as soon-to-launch Abazab, but the latter feels like a more thorough implementation.
The minor sticking point here is that the video sharing sites are already implementing mobile video uploading into their offerings - YouTube, for instance, enabled mobile uploads at the start of May. Others will no doubt follow suit. And if the feature becomes part of MySpace Video, it could cause a headache for the startups. Perhaps Plan B is feeding theTagworld beast?
