Vello announced today at DEMOfall that they have launched a beta version of their new system for conference calling.

No one likes having to call into a conference call, enter a pin number, and wait for everyone to arrive, so Vello decided the conference call should call you. A phone call will be placed to you at the appropriate time to ensure the conference begins on time. If for some reason you can't answer, a voice mail is left with an easy to remember number (888-MYVELLO), and when you call back you will be automatically routed to the correct conference.

The service can be integrated with Outlook to remind you of an upcoming call, and you can also download an applet to your Blackberry so that you can attend your conferences on the go (the system will be rolled out to other smart phones in the near future).

Vello has launched as a beta and is available immediately.
