After 17 years of socialist rule, the balance of power was upset after Sunday's vote in Venezuela. The opposition -- the Democratic Unity Roundtable -- won control of the National Assembly in a vote which brought them 99 seats, compared to just 46 for the United Social Party of Venezuela. Following the announcement, Venezuelans celebrated in the streets of the capital Caracas.
