Victoria's Secret announced plans on Tuesday to add 10 new "angels" (a.k.a models) to its famous lineup.
By now, it's more than just an honor or rite of passage to work as a Victoria's Secret angel. It's a bona fide career-changer. Past angels — Heidi Klum, Tyra Banks, Gisele Bundchen, among others — have bared their runway bodies and forged careers worth millions upon millions.
Now, an international who's who of new angels will join the ranks of already established models, including Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel and Lily Aldridge.
The expanded lineup gives the lingerie brand the largest group of contract models in its history and will certainly bring a more international fanbase to the multi-billion dollar retailer.
Below are the 10 new angels and a couple of facts about each, to boot.
1. Kate Grigorieva
Grigorieva, from Russia, is a ballroom dancer and received her bachelor's degree in marketing before starting her modeling career.
She also has time to take artsy and thoughtful photographs.

2. Taylor Hill
A Colorado native, Hill was discovered at a horse ranch. The sporty model snowboards and practices yoga on her time off.
She also means business when it comes to paintballing.

3. Elsa Hosk
Hailing from Sweden, Hosk was a professional basketball player before trading in her game on court for the runway.
She loves taking sexy selfies.

4. Martha Hunt
Hunt was discovered while in her home state of North Carolina and has walked in more than 180 fashion shows, including: Acne, Balmain, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu and Versace.
She's also really close to her pooch.

5. Jac Jagaciak
The Polish model trained in track and field since childhood and was scouted while shopping in her hometown of Puszczykowo.
She's also a cat lover.

6. Stella Maxwell
The British 24-year old was raised in Belgium until the age of 13, when she ended up moving to Canberra, Australia with her family. She was then discovered in New Zealand the following year.
She also has dreams of becoming Buzz Lightyear, like the rest of us.

7. Lais Ribeiro
The 24-year old Brazilian was the most booked model during Sao Paulo Fashion Week in Brazil for spring/summer 2011, having walked 27 shows. She was scheduled to walk the 2012 Victoria's Secret show but sprained her ankle during rehearsals.
Lais also plays Cards Against Humanity on weekends.

8. Sara Sampaio
From Portugal, Sampaio has won the "Best Female Model" Golden Globe in her home country a number of times. She also kicks ass -- with a brown belt in karate.
In her spare time, she models with penguins.

9. Romee Strijd
The 19-year old boxes for fun when she's not walking for Burberry, Calvin Klein or working ad campaigns for brands like Donna Karan.
She slays it when it comes to jumping rope.

10. Jasmine Tookes
From California, the 24-year old is a self-proclaimed foodie and says she enjoys eating exotic meals.
She'll also make the hottest babies with her model boyfriend, Tobias Sorensen.
