Here's the meaty bit: I'm looking for Ruby on Rails developers who are interested in creating some very cool Web 2.0 applications. Knowledge of APIs and web services is great. Enthusiasm is even better! Skype users preferred. I've got plenty of ideas, but I'm always open to new ones.
Let's talk about money: We're gonna make some. I don't believe in releasing services without a business model, so we will aim for profitability early on. I think the best arrangement is a partnership, with the rewards split equally between the partners. Three people makes for a good-sized team, but I'll work with a single coder if you're real fast!
