Halloween has its respective perks and non-perks -- one of them of course being "how cold can I realistically get before my lips fall off and bobbing for apples is out?" Mid-fall weather is not the most pleasant walk in the park when you're walking through that park with only a leotard (or maybe even less) on.
Fear not, heat-seekers. The plight of having to shove "Hot Hands" down your pants shan't be no longer. Halloween can also be looking-hot-and-feeling-pretty-comfortable, if you're willing to get creative, rummage through your winter wardrobe and get a little DIY-y.
