Watch Oracle's $10 Million America's Cup Yacht Capsize in S.F. Bay [VIDEO]

Oracle CEO Larry Ellison is many things, victory-obsessed yachting enthusiast among them. His Oracle Team USA is hosting next year's America's Cup yacht race in the San Francisco Bay, and on Tuesday afternoon took a 72-foot carbon fiber catamaran -- the largest high-speed racing yacht around -- out for a test run.

One problem, however: The boat flipped over and capsized while trying to pull some swift maneuvers, with its broken pieces drifting out past the Golden Gate Bridge before they were finally brought ashore. The boat was worth an estimated $8-10 million. Russell Coutts, who oversees the Oracle-sponsored racing team, said the boat's hulls are probably salvageable but that its $2 million wing sail is "pretty much destroyed."

Luckily, Oracle Racing has recapped Tuesday's mishap in the YouTube video above. Check it out to see what it's like destroying million-dollar toys for a living. The news video below shows the actual flip in question.
