There was never a scenario in which SNL would celebrate its 40th anniversary and NOT have a Wayne's World sketch.
At least, that's what we kept assuring ourselves on Sunday night as we watched SNL's big special unfold.
Thankfully, we weren't let down.
Yes, they made us wait for it, but it was well worth the three-and-a-half-hour wait to see Mike Myers and Dana Carvey resurrect Wayne and Garth for a grand finale -- and to see them get in a few jabs at Kanye West.
