Web 2.0 Marketplace: Your Feedback Please

As you know, the offer of a week's free listing on the Web 2.0 Marketplace is about to draw to a close - those listings will remain up for a week after the date they were posted. But some interesting discussions broke out on the introductory post and I'd like your feedback, particularly on price. Some questions:

--Do you think $120/month is too high to appeal to the broadest range of people? If so, what price would be reasonable?

--What price would keep the marketplace filled with good quality listings, avoid spam and yet maintain enough volume to be useful to you?

--The startups listing in the marketplace range from single-man projects to multi million-dollar companies (we have a few major ones backed up and we're verifying the listings with the owners): would you prefer more varied pricing depending on what is being sold?

--Would you prefer to pay per week, rather than per month? This would mean the commitment would be a lot less - $50/week maybe.

--Are you happy with the current categories?

--What other changes would you make?

This is one of those situations where your honest feedback is best: the better we serve you, the more successful the marketplace can be. Feedback please!

PS. Note that some listings submitted to the Web 2.0 Marketplace aren't yet live. Also note that if we change the price, those who have already paid the current rate will get their payments refunded.
