Giant dancing teddy bears, women in questionable outfits, a girl flying through the air -- we're not describing a Miley Cyrus concert, but rather the Winter Olympics opening ceremony.
The Olympics usually stand for tradition, culture and athleticism, but the opening ceremony gives countries a change to add their own particular flair. And what did Putin opt for? Disney-inspired ballerinas, a mechanical horse and dancing jellyfish.
Sochi also had a bit of hard time getting all five Olympic rings working properly. Perhaps there's hope for the closing ceremony, though.
