There was crying and a nip slip, so overall this years MTV Video Music Awards was sufficiently weird.
Of course with Miley Cyrus hosting, we were expecting the show to be a bit odd, but after Kanye West's 13-minute-long Video Vanguard Award acceptance speech that ended with the announcement that he wants to run for president in 2020, we're pretty certain that this was the weirdest yet.
