Wes Anderson has transformed from quirky cult favorite to Hollywood heavyweight.

The writer, director and velvet-suit enthusiast picked up a Golden Globe for his latest film, The Grand Budapest Hotel, and nabbed a Best Director Oscar nod. His average film features approximately 30 A-list actors.

Now that his world of emotionally distant, filthy rich people and ambitious oddballs has captured the world's attention, Owen WIlson's BFF needs to capitalize on his moment before the next eccentric auteur pushes him out of his mid-century modern throne.
