'Tis the season for candy corn, jack-o-lanterns, witches, skeletons and adorable children made even cuter by precious costumes.
The father of a boy named Carter, who is featured in the above video, wanted to make sure his son had a normal Halloween -- despite the fact that he uses a wheelchair. Carter has spina bifida, a birth defect that can cause paralysis and other congenital defects.
So, the inspiring father built Carter a costume that works with the wheelchair -- an ice cream truck, complete with music.
Best dad ever? Maybe, but either way, it's sure to tug at your heartstrings.
