After facing backlash for her continuously staunch defense of Bill Cosby -- amid multiple rape allegations brought against him -- Whoopi Goldberg seems to have changed her mind during Tuesday's episode of The View. "If this is to be tried in the court of public opinion, then all of the info out there kind of points to guilt," she said.

Just last week, the View host spoke up for Cosby following a recently unsealed 2005 deposition in which the comedian admitted to giving one woman a sedative and purchasing quaaludes to give to women he wanted to have sex with.

"He has not been proven a rapist," she had said, telling viewers to "save your texts, save your nasty comments — I don't care."

She now seems to have flip-flopped on her "innocent until proven guilty" stance. On Tuesday, she invited ABC News’ chief legal analyst Dan Abrams to discuss the legal ramifications of the accusations against Cosby.

“I don’t think you can judge the women for when they came,” she said. “I think what you can say to women is don’t wait, because what waiting does is that it can make it harder to prove your case.”

At the end of the interview, Goldberg had one message for the man she had previously been defending so persistently: "It looks bad, Bill. Either speak up or shut up. Because people know now that there's a lot more out there than they thought."
