Widgetbox is launching a special Showcase for iTunes, which features the new My iTunes widget.
This new, flash-based widget lets users share music and movie preferences with their friends across various social networks, like MySpace, hi5 and Piczo.
You can also include reviews, indicate your favorite artists, music, movies and television show that are available in the iTunes Store. You can even share your iTunes purchases. Included in this new widget Showcase is the Widgetbox MixIt feature, which lets any iMix playlist feed be converted into a web widget, and posted on the web. This fits with the iTunes widget for the purpose of including a playlist to also share with friends.
Another recent playlist widget that has the appearance of an iPod comes from Ivoon.
