Finally. After months of waiting filled with mockery, hits below the belt and (we assume) furious preparation from both sides, we know who's the best drummer in the world.
Of course, since Chad Smith and Will Ferrell look exactly the same (we're not kidding -- look at them, it's the same damn person) there are no practical ramifications of the drum-off, hosted Thursday on Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show. As Will Ferrell once put it, "there is no Will Ferrell. Only Chad Smith".

Still, the drum-off itself was all you could ask for -- a lot of tension, a lot of great drumming, and a surprise at the end. We're not going to spoil it for you: just check it out for yourself in the video above.
