LONDON -- Wimbledon's a funny one: although it's one of those sports events where pretty much anything can happen, it's also the type of tournament at which the same things happen again and again.

We've put together a list of 16 Wimbledon cliches to keep an eye out for over the two-week competition.

1. Someone will get on the wrong side of Rafa Nadal's backhand

2. Novak Djokovic will do one of this trademark, groin-stretchingly impossible returns to win a key point

3. Andy Murray will angrily chastise the sole of his shoe by battering it with his racket

4. Serena Williams will nearly knock someone over with her epic serve

5. Someone will shout "Come on, Tim" at Murray

6. The camera will cut to Kim Sears shouting something and everyone will desperately try to work out if she's swearing again
