You should probably exit out of that Excel spreadsheet right now, because once you start watching these mesmerizing kinetic sculptures, it can be tough to stop.

Anthony Howe is a kinetic sculptor based in rural Eastsound, Wash. He works mainly with stainless steel to create sculptures that react to every gust of wind and gleam of light.

The videos below show Howe's hypnotizing work. In About Face, watch the facial expression change as the wind blows. Howe's work responds to a slight breeze in Octo and a more vigorous wind in Vlast-O-Spline. In Cloud Light is a stunning example of the role that light plays in his sculptures.
