Windows Live Favorites, Microsoft's lightweight web-based bookmarking service, just came out of beta with a V1 release. The service lets you import your Internet Explorer favorites, arrange them in folders and tag them. You can add favorites using a bookmarklet or an Internet Explorer add-in. Live Favorites also integrates with Windows Live Messenger (formerly MSN Messenger), allowing you to explore your favorites and add new ones from within the client. Netscape and Firefox users can import their bookmarks via a bookmark.html file. The new release also has expanded market support - it's now available in 37 countries and 11 languages.

Live Bookmarks is perhaps the most boring bookmarking tool in existence - not only is the interface unremarkable, but it offers nothing new feature-wise and lacks a social element (however, MSN Spaces users can share their bookmarks). It may eventually compete with del.icio.us, ma.gnolia et al, but for now it's just a me-too play.
