When we heard about Microsoft's Live Drive getting some new features and being renamed into Windows Live Folders, we wanted to take a look. However, at the time of writing, the service simply doesn't work, and upon logging in with a Hotmail account reports a runtime error which you can see in the screenshot below.

If the service were working, it would provide 500 MB worth of online storage space, which every user can use for storing his files and setting them to be accessible to everyone, accessible to contacts only, and private.
