No, Steve Jobs has not had a heart attack, as a link being passed around today would indicate. The link, purporting to be a Wired article, is one of the most shared links on Twitter this afternoon.
If the copious spelling errors here didn't already tip you off (even the headline doesn't make sense)...note the URL: this is merely a hoax exploiting the external image viewer on Wired.com.
You see, Wired's image viewer works in such a way that you can insert any image into the URL and it will appear to be displayed on Wired.com. So, our distasteful hoaxer simply created a mockup of what a "Steve Jobs Cardiac Arrest" article might look like and inserted it into the URL.
