Feel the burn and climb the Stairmaster for 30 minutes in order to counteract the calories from this creamy treat.
5. Blueberry crumb cake donut, 380 calories
This fruity donut is worth 380 calories, meaning you'll be biking at a moderate pace of 12 to 14 miles per hour for 42 minutes.
