Workspace, which puts out its sandbox release today, is offering an online space to work on web-based applications, with no plug-ins necessary. You can gain direct access to your own ftp space or use the server space provided. The syntax highlighting editor is built right in, letting you edit text, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, Java, Perl, SQL and other file types. File management is embedded in the Workspace application, letting you connect to, and manage files on several ftp sites simultaneously.
