Stone Cold himself is returning to the (virtual) ring. WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin has been anointed as the cover superstar for the year's annual wrestling video game, WWE 2K16.
Austin's been out of the pro wrestling business for most of the past decade, but you can bet on him having some role to play in the upcoming game. Publisher 2K Games has yet to reveal any details, but the announcement of the game's cover star suggests that news is coming soon.
WWE 2K16 comes to PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on Oct. 27 in North America and on Oct. 30 internationally. Check out the new box art below.
