Most of Yahoo's acquisitions this year have been ad network-related, but it's been reported that Yahoo is acquiring Zimbra, the open source email and communications suite provider, for $350 million.
Even with Zimbra's latest desktop release launching earlier this year, a partnership with Comcast, iPhone optimization and the company reporting 80% growth for its web-based applications, some are saying that this price tag of $350 is well over its valuation.
