The whole net-neutrality thing could be going the way of the buffalo, thanks to a new deal. Netflix has agreed to pay Comcast to lock in to high-quality streaming over Comcast’s servers. Moreover, Netflix will very likely compensate the other big providers, like AT&T. And that move has many people worried net-neutrality.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Ukraine's ousted President Viktor Yanukovich, who is wanted in connection with the deaths of protesters in Kiev's main square last week. Ukraine’s interim government is currently tracking the ousted leader who fled the capital on Friday. Opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko is calling for Yanukovich’s capture.
