Sunday just got even more relaxed -- June 21 is the International Day of Yoga.
Yoga is low impact and believed to help decrease chronic lower back pain and improve flexibility. The positive benefits have led many to adopt yoga into their lifestyle; 9.5% of Americans are regularly unrolling their yoga mats, compared to 6.1% in 2007.
For many yoga newbies, the back-bending and arm-twisting poses can seem intimidating and well, kind of painful. But you can ease into the om life with some truly impressive yogis on Instagram. From the beach yogi to the urban teacher, there's going to be at least one guru that'll inspire you to let yoga namaste in your daily life.
