Yandex - Russian search engine Yandex has acquired MoiKrug.ru, a Russian version of LinkedIn.
Amazon PPA - Amazon has followed Google by taking its PPA ads into beta. Come to think of it, Amazon always has been about cost per action, so it's not a dramatic change for them. (via)

FunMobility - FunMobility told us they're set to launch "MobileFlix", a mobile YouTube, in 2007. All we have is the press release for now.
Motorola - A lot of this mobile news is coming out of CTIA. That's the case with Motorola's Location Services Framework, which will help location-based apps run on Motorola phones. More on the site.
MobilePlay - Another CTIA announcement. MobilePlay, which puts blogs and news sites on your phone, has launched eXpress It!, a mobile social network. Users make "mini sites" to share with others.
The Onion - The Onion's video news venture launches today. These clips are hilarious.
MySpace Safety - Florida has launched a "think before you post" campaign to warn kids about the dangers of putting info out on MySpace and other social networks. This is a good idea, and the mantra should be repeated alongside "don't talk to strangers".
Jott - Jott is a new service that lets you speak a message into your phone and send it to yourself or friends as a written transcription. Neat. (via)
