This one is full of ironies. Viacom agrees to air the Daily Show's take on Viacom vs YouTube, and it appears on YouTube. We've embedded it from Comedy Central, which offers a much less accessible way to view the clips, but nonetheless guarantees that the clip won't be pulled later today.

Before the lawsuit, Viacom pulled a series of Comedy Central clips from YouTube - the same channel that plays host to the Colbert Report, a parody of which was later pulled during Viacom's takedown of 100,000+ clips. Pulling that clip, which may have not been infringing, landed them with another lawsuit from the EFF.

Comedy Central is clearly a youth-oriented, left-leaning brand that's popular with YouTubers and geeks in particular - notice the presenters trying to keep both parties on side.
