LONDON -- Deep breaths, everyone: Zayn has spoken.

The ex-1D member shared some not-so-friendly thoughts about producer and co-worker Naughty Boy, who he's been working with since leaving the band in March, on Twitter.

Zayn's tweet follows a leaked snippet from the video for his new solo track, a cover of Rae Sremmurd's "No Type." The source of the leak is unknown as of yet. Hmmm.

@NaughtyBoyMusic you fat joke stop pretending we're friends no one knows you .— zaynmalik (@zaynmalik) July 13, 2015

Naughty Boy had no qualms about throwing some indirects into the Twittersphere last night, perhaps (almost definitely) prompting Zayn to hit back this afternoon.

Directioners responded to the tweets in true fandom fashion.

The "No Type" leak came just a day after Mic Righteous, who's featured on the track, leaked the full-length song onto Twitter, having previously fallen out with Zayn and Naughty Boy. Clearly things aren't quite as cosy as they used to be in the Malik camp. We can only hope that someone offers an olive branch before it's too late.
