Zendaya is often the definition of #hairgoals. From the red carpet to Instagram, the actress and singer has become a modern muse for all things hair.

Mane Addicts worked with her hairstylist, Larry Sims, to recreate a few of the most iconic looks from the '60s to the '90s.

"Inspired by Cher, we wanted to create the bone straight, parted down the middle, chic vibe. It could be described as a modern day Janis Joplin," Sims told Mane Addicts.

"The look was inspired by shapes and texture," Sims said. "I wanted to do a twist on what an afro looks like…[and Zendaya] is a perfect canvas."

"It was an old style, a high top fade," Sims said. "It was an homage to the era Zendaya grew up in."
