Update: read the mail from Amazon to Zlio.

--

Zlio, the service that lets you create your own shop and sell products without having to store and ship the products yourself, received a letter last week from Amazon deeming its service unable to sell Amazon products, effective immediately.

For reasons unknown to Zlio, the details of the letter from Amazon states that Zlio shopkeepers in the U.S. will no longer be able to add Amazon products to their shops, and that Amazon will replace its products from Zlio shop and replace as many as possible with identical products from other merchants. Amazon has also rescinded commission to Zlio for products promoted on its site since the letter's effective date. What's more, Zlio is currently free to work with Amazon outside the U.S. Its efforts to discover the reason for Amazon's decision have so far been in vain, as Amazon just won't budge.
