Zoho’s suite of on-demand Web-based software is an expansive one. Comprised of products from a word processing package to a conferencing solution to email management to a database application creator, [img src="http://sale-online.click/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/zohocrmscreen.jpg" caption="" credit="" alt="zohocrmscreen"]it is perhaps best known for its comprehensive list of provisions for the productivity hound. Well, today Zoho adds one more offering to its lineup: Zoho CRM: Enterprise Edition.

Zoho CRM: Enterprise Edition joins a group of six other applications that cater to business users specifically, including Zoho Projects, Zoho Meeting, Zoho People, Zoho DB, and Zoho Invoice. How CRM: Enterprise Ed. differs from the Zoho’s standard offering is that it provides medium to large organizations with CRM software built with enhancements like:

- Role-based Security Administration (permissions profiles, data sharing rules, etc.)

- Enhancements in product Customization & Data Administration (pick-list values, etc.)

- Multi-language Support (11 Languages, including Chinese, Spanish, and French)

- SSL Support

Zoho of course makes it a point to emphasize its CRM: Enterprise Edition’s security features, as any business working in a managed, hierarchical fashion will require a robust system through which to delegate user roles and permissions. (Zoho has created a convenient wiki in which it explains precisely what is new with the update to its CRM software package.)
