It's that time of the year again -- picture day at the zoo. Animals don their trendiest threads and prepare for their time in front of the camera. It's an important day since this is the photo that goes in the yearbook that all their animal buddies will sign before summer.
In reality, Zoo Portraits is a project by photographer Yago Partal who was inspired when creating an image campaign. He was interested in "humanizing animals" and decided to create portraits by mixing the animal world and fashion.
The end result was a set of well dressed zoo dwellers that the Internet is going wild (*pun intended) over. After all, who doesn't love seeing a tiger in chambray and a hipster ostrich?
