Naughty cat threatening postal deliveries in Bristol
LONDON - Royal Mail delivery staff face some issues from time to time delivering the mail, but one cat in Bristol in the west of England is giving them real trouble.
They've had to tell the owner of the problem pet that he could face suspension of his post if he does not restrain his cat.

Owner Matthew Sampson was told by the Royal Mail last week that there was a "potential hazard" at his home that was "affecting deliveries," according to the BBC.
In a letter that did make it through, Royal Mail said it had been "experiencing difficulties in delivering mail" to Mr Sampson's address "because of the actions of a cat". They advised him to restrain his cat, Bella, at all times or provide an alternative safe delivery point.
Bella is putting "fingers at risk of injury," they added.

Sampson said he found the letter funny, but confirmed Bella would not be restrained.
