The Brotherhood makes the omelette by pouring gallons of yolk into a large pan, then beating and stirring the mixture with "extra long" baguettes.
Is there anything more delicious, or sexual, then eggs and baguettes in holy, fatty unison?
The city is also home to more conservative traditions, including the ringing of the church bells, and an egg-rolling competition.
Do not try this at home. A 15,000-egg omelette exceeds the daily recommended guidelines for cholesterol by approximately 12 million percent.
Consume responsibly.
