90-year-old does 24 pull-ups for his birthday and makes us all feel bad about ourselves
When was the last time you did pull-ups for fun, let alone on your birthday?
Well, 90-year-old Vern from Florida recently put us all to shame when his son recorded him doing pull-ups on his birthday. According to his son, the two regularly go to the gym together to work out despite Vern's old elbow injuries.
"We go to the gym regularly and he loves to do pull-ups," Vern's son writes in the YouTube caption. "I think he does pretty good considering he broke both elbows as a kid."
Just look at what Vern can do in cargo pants and sandals. Most millennials don't even know how to stand up straight, let alone do a pull-up.
