Amazon deal of the day: record low price alert on the super fast M3 MacBook Pro
Black Friday season is creeping up on us, which means deals are already flooding in. If you want to start ticking off your shopping list, there are plenty of gadgets worth grabbing at a huge discount at Amazon. Some products from our favorite brands like Apple, Bose, and Echo are at all-time low prices that match or even beat Prime Day. And it's only Nov. 4.

With the arrival of the brand new M4 MacBook Pro comes the inevitable (and welcome) price drop on the M3 MacBook Pro. The model with 8GB RAM and 1TB of storage is now down to just $1,299 at Amazon — that's $500 or 28% in savings and the lowest price it's ever been. It's also currently cheaper than the model with 512GB of storage. Although its no longer the newest MacBook generation, it's still crazy fast with an insanely good battery life (over 16 hours) and "divine" built-in speakers. Our reviewer was blown away by it and found it to be even faster in our testing than advertised. You could splurge on the M4 if you have the dough, but the M3 will probably suit you just fine if you want to save some money.

The small but mighty Echo Pop is the least expensive way you can add Alexa into your home. Plus, it adds a fun pop of color (get it?). It's basically a pared down Echo Dot, built for those who like to keep music playing throughout the day and who use Alexa as a home assistant. While it's not particularly groundbreaking, as our reviewer noted, it's a budget-friendly speaker that sounds great in any room. And you truly can't beat the price. As of Nov. 4, you can grab the Echo Pop for only $17.99 (reg. $39.99) and get a free Globe Electric smart color bulb. That's 65% in savings.

If you're looking for a solid pair of noise-cancelling headphones and don't want to spend a fortune, you can't go wrong with the Bose QuietComforts. As of Nov. 4, they're down to just $199 at Amazon — that's 43% in savings and matches the record-low from October Prime Day. While they're not quite as impressive as their more expensive sibling, the QuietComfort Ultras, our friends at PCMag (also owned by Ziff Davis) say "they absolutely won't disappoint if you want to save a bit of money." The review calls the active noise cancellation "top-tier" and credits the rich, crisp audio and comfortable fit for their 4-star review.

It's usually $100, but you can snag one on sale for just $39.99 as of Nov. 4. That's 60% in savings and matches its Prime Day low.
