Amazon's new commercial features a dog willing to do anything to make this baby happy
Amazon might be well on its way to being a gigantic, soulless company hellbent on turning you into a mindless consumer, but it sure knows how to make an ad.
This new spot from Amazon that is targeted at the Japanese market features all the usual suspects: A baby, a dog, the yearn for love, and all these tears...no, shut up it's just allergy season.

Of course it's an ad for Amazon Prime, so there's a part of me that knows this is just a shameless attempt to appeal to my emotions.
But I'm not a monster. Look at that dog. Look at it and tell me you don't have feelings right now.
That dog is staring directly into my soul and making damn well sure I get Amazon Prime whether I need it or not. And I do need it, primarily to watch "Transparent."
