'American Idol' alums reunited for heavenly series finale performance
After Thursday night, American Idol will take up permanent residence in TV heaven, but before it does, Idols from the past and present took to the stage one last time for a big group number on the show's series finale.
Finalists Trent Harmon and La'Porsha Renae were joined on stage by their fellow Season 15 finalists as well as blasts from the Idol past like Katharine McPhee, Jessica Sanchez, Bo Bice and dozens more -- all dressed like they were welcoming us all to the Heaven's gates.
