Some artists work in watercolours, some in clay, others in sausage meat.

A butchers in Andy Murray's hometown of Dunblane have honoured the arrival of Andy Murray's newborn daughter with a sausage homage to the baby.

John Hill Butchers told Mashable why they crafted the meaty infant, "It comes from him [Murray] being a local lad, and everybody is proud of him so we done this for a little fun".

It may have been fun, but people on Twitter weren't exactly smitten with the sausage baby.

The sausage baby is named Lauren because she is made of Lorne sausage, so at least we know she's not a brat(wurst).
