There are billions of grains of revenge in this anti-Chris Christie sandcastle

You can take our beaches away but you can't stop us from building passive aggressive sandcastles.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was relentlessly mocked over the weekend for choosing to sit outside a mansion on a beach closed for a government shutdown. By and large, Christie, who has the lowest approval rating of any governor in the country, seemed unaffected by media critiques.

A few miles down from his mansion, one tragicomic sandcastle said it all.

This castle was built at Seaside Heights, New Jersey near Island Beach state park, close to where Christie was caught sunbathing.

Not much is known about the castle's mysterious creators, besides their first names -- Larry and Tom -- and their remarkable construction time. It is estimated that this Renaissance masterpiece only took five hours to build.

"If they had flown that plane over that beach and I was sitting next to a 25-year-old blonde in that beach chair next to me that's a story," Christie said. "I wasn't sitting next to a 25-year-old blonde. I was sitting next to my wife of 31 years."

This inanimate object begs to differ.
