Disappointed husky has no time for your foolish human Christmas

He will stare into your soul.

Christmas, it's a garish display of excess, gluttony and capitalism, and no one makes that point better than one dog in particular.

Anuko is a husky based in the UK, and his owner made him an Instagram account. In some recent images, Anuko has made his disapproval for the festive season apparent.

Damning stuff.

He will not smile. He will not yield.

Anuko is a hero for a modern age. Unswayed by the lights and distractions of the holidays, he confronts us with his glare, forcing us to confront reality. And it's not just Christmas. The romanticism of internet culture as a whole burns in the flames of his sardonic contempt.

All hail Anuko, for his disdain is all we deserve.
