Apple will repair this camera problem for free
If your iPhone's camera is having issues Apple might just fix it — and they'll do it for free.
The company launched a service program for the Phone 14 Plus. Apple reported that "the rear camera on a very small percentage of iPhone 14 Plus devices may exhibit no preview." The company said the affected iPhones were manufactured between April 10, 2023 and April 28, 2024.
If you have an iPhone 14 Plus and the rear camera isn't showing a preview, then you might qualify for the service program and a free repair from Apple. Helpfully, the service program's landing page has a form where you can submit your phone's serial number to see if it qualifies.

If you do qualify, then you can either take it an authorized repair shop, an Apple store, or arrange a mail-in repair.
Unfortunately for the folks out there having other camera issues, the service program covers only the rear camera problem with the iPhone 14 Plus.
