Apple Store is down ahead of Apple Watch 7 launch
Ouf of all the gadgets that Apple launched during its September event, the Apple Watch Series 7 is the one that still hasn't gone on sale yet.
This changes today, and Apple just took its Store down ahead of the launch.
Pre-orders for the Apple Watch 7 start at 5 a.m. PT (8 a.m. ET) on Friday, October 8, and it's scheduled to hit the stores a week from now, on October 15.

The Apple Watch 7 was widely rumored to be a major redesign of the previous model, but that hasn't materialized. Instead, we got a device that's very similar to the Apple Watch 6, but with a slightly bigger face.
Other changes include better durability, faster charging, brighter display, and new colors, among other changes. The starting price for the Apple Watch Series 7 is $399.
