It's time to kick that snooze habit once and for all.

How you spend your morning can be a good indicator for how you spend your entire day. A good night's sleep, a good breakfast or some time to check in with yourself can be exactly what you need for a happy and productive afternoon.

As bad as it can be for your body, hitting that snooze button is often our default. But the solution can be found on your phone.

For those of us who just need a little more of a regimen to get us going in the a.m., Morning Routine lets you set different tasks to get your body and mind working as soon as your alarm goes off. Set times for your coffee, work out, meditation time or your morning shower so you can have a quality kickstart before you even start your commute.

Knowing your REM cycle really can help you stop feeling sluggish in the morning. The SleepCycle alarm clock tracks your movements (filtering out fans, noise or even your partner's movements) to analyze when you're in the deepest and lightest phase of your sleep cycle. You simply set a 30-minute window of when you want to wake up, and the app goes off at the optimal time for you -- so you don't feel groggy.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has brought you an app that's part alarm clock, part motivational speaker. Each wake up alarm has prompts written in The Rock's own words, and some sounds are recorded by the actor himself. You can even set the app to The Rock's own schedule -- but don't do that unless you want to get up at 4:30 a.m. every day.

Subscribe to some incredible shows and listen to them in the morning while you're getting ready to go into the office. A good story is a great reason to get out of bed in the morning.
