There is no greater love than that between Ariana Grande and her ponytail.

The singer, who is rarely seen without her signature high pony, seems to have recently acquired a baseball cap. Unfortunately, Ari's ponytail is -- if you can believe it -- too high for the hat.

So she went DIY.

We're not sure, but we do know this: hat or no hat, this high pony will always find a way to break free.
