Ariana Grande released a heartbreaking statement on her Twitter Friday afternoon, sharing what fans' support has met to her over the past few days and announcing that she'll be returning to Manchester for a benefit concert in the near future.

The Twitter letter marked her first remarks since her original tweet following the terror attack at her concert in Manchester Monday night.

"My heart, prayers and deepest condolences are with the victims of the Manchester Attack and their loved ones," she begins.

"There is nothing I or anyone can do to take away the pain you are feeling or to make this better. However, I extend my hand and heart and everything I possibly can give to you and yours, should you want or need my help in any way."

The full letter is below.

Grande noted that a benefit concert was in the works, the details of which are still to come.

She concluded her letter once again acknowledging the victims of the attack. "They will be on my mind and in my heart everyday and I will think of them with everything I do for the rest of my life."

Immediately after her letter was published on Twitter, her manager Scooter Braun weighed in as well.

Grande also posted a link to donate to the victims' families.
